On the Pharmacy Solutions team at Cencora, I oversee a pharmacy program providing specialty and ambulatory services at our client’s health system. I am a founding member of this team, and am proud of the growth and opportunities it has provided over the years. The site has grown from two pharmacists and four technicians in 2017 to now employing over 80 team members in various core and specialist roles across 5 pharmacies. I oversee day to day operations of the pharmacy program and have helped implement our initiatives such as URAC and ACHC Specialty Pharmacy accreditations, Ambulatory Pharmacy services such as 340b program compliance, hospital readmission rate reduction through meds-to-beds, employee pharmacy, mail order pharmacy, and other services to provide financial growth and responsibility.
