• Designs and implements organizational goals, strategies and objectives for CAVE• Serves as CAVE’s primary spokesperson to the organization’s constituents, media and public• Responsible for the enhancement of CAVE’s image by being active and visible in the community by working closely with other professional, civic and private organizations• Organizes and executes the largest wine festival in Colorado, bringing in over $1.1 million of economic revenue to the area• Organizes and executes the largest regional trade conference for the Colorado wine industry• Establishes and maintains relationships with various organizations in Colorado and nationwide and utilizes those relationships to strategically enhance CAVE’s mission• Reports to and works closely with the Board of Directors to seek their involvement in policy decisions, fundraising and increasing the overall visibility of CAVE throughout Colorado and beyond• Oversees organization board and committee meetings• Collaborates with and motivates board members, staff and volunteers• Engages and interfaces with a diverse donor and volunteer group
