Company advocate and link between management and employees handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts in addition to change mentor for employees dealing with change management and regulatory compliance impacting direct care workers and specialists. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, benefits/compensation, and employee relations. Analyze training needs to design employee development, specialize training and health and safety programs.
