Five Frame # 9B Gas Turbines (GE)-Mark 5 Control & Allied Waste heat Boilers (200 Tons /Hr).Four frame #9E Gas Turbines (GE) & allied Waste Heat Boilers.One 13 D ABB Combined Cycle Power plant.2. EXPOSURES:Operation of Frame-5, Frame –9B, 9E Gas Turbines and ABB make 13D Combined cycle Power Plant.Operation of Low and High capacity waste heat recovery boilers, supplying steam to Desalination Plant having back pressure steam turbines & Multi stage flash evaporators, (MSF)Operation of ABB make Rectifiers supplying uninterrupted Direct current of 205 KA@1076 V to High purity Aluminium smelters.Isolation and deisolation of gas, distillate, cooling-water Performing routines like auxiliaries, filter, pumps changeover and reporting the defects.Heat boiler systems for routine and breakdown maintenance.Testing Gas turbines black start, gas leak and Fire protection systems.Operation of Utility plants like Instrument air compressors, Deaeration, feed water pumps, service water, cooling water and demineralised water.Having additional knowledge on switchgear, breakers, battery, battery backup and high & low voltage transformers.
