While at Macquarie University, I revolutionised the teaching of skills throughout the chiropractic curriculum with the introduction of audiovisual equipment and by designing purpose built skills laboratories. These improvements led to skills consistency, enhanced learner experience, and a stable teaching timetable.Additionally, I recruited and trained new teaching staff. This improved learner continuity throughout the semesters and created a reserve of teaching staff from which the Chiropractic Department drew. Many of my trained recruits continue teaching for the Department.
