Todd serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a role he has held since joining the organization in 2011. In his position, Todd is deeply involved with multiple facets of the organization, including the Independent Review Board, Ethics Code Review Team, Global Nominating Committee, and the Global Board of Directors. His responsibilities extend to overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the organization's smooth functioning and alignment with strategic goals.Prior to his tenure at ICF, Todd held significant leadership roles in various organizations. He was the CEO/Executive Director of the International Inbound Travel Association, where he led initiatives to boost international travel. He also served as the Assistant Executive Director of the American Volleyball Coaches Association, focusing on the development and promotion of volleyball coaching standards nationwide. Additionally, Todd held the role of Assistant Director of Industry, Government Affairs, and Governance at the National Tour Association, where he was instrumental in advocating for the tourism industry’s interests.Throughout his career, Todd has been an active participant on numerous boards of directors, both in the profit and non-profit sectors, demonstrating a steadfast dedication to achieving organizational excellence and mission fulfillment.
