Handle and distribute customers order products through QR code and POSHandle invoicing, data entry and customer order processing through dashboard and systemHandle telephone and email enquiries and resolve customer complaints

Follow up checking progress, analysis the result and prepare checking reports for supervisorAssist in preparation of reports, statistics and analysisHandle finance & accounting functions such as treasury, donation, budgeting, revenue management, service costing and waiver checkingHandle human resources functions such as staff payroll, staff welfare, training and performance managementPrepare memo or letter for enquiry and in response to enquiriesLiaise with internal and external departments or partiesExperience in PBRC, OPAS, FCS, SFMS system
