Led a team of five members responsible for issuing and servicing multiple retail auto loan ABS transactions under an RMB 15 billion program, acting as an important pillar of the firm’s funding strategy in China. Managed strategic initiatives to increase operational efficiency and establish new funding sources, including an inaugural RMB 5 billion financial bond program, in close collaboration with a multitude of internal counterparts, rating agencies and Chinese regulators.

Engaged in the origination, structuring and execution of over C$13 billion of structured finance transactions comprising term asset-backed securities (ABS), commercial and residential mortgage-backed securities (CMBS and RMBS), covered bonds, and asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) conduit facilities, with coverage across a broad spectrum of captive finance, bank, and non-bank financial institution clients.Selected public market transaction experience:- MRIC 2014-1 (C$201 million): first non-insured prime conventional RMBS issuance in Canada- FAST 2014-R2 (C$644 million): cross-border retail auto loan ABS transaction for Ford Credit- RBC CB8 (US$ 2.5 billion): first SEC-registered US$ covered bond issuance by RBC- SCG 2013-CWP (C$400 million): first hotel-only Canadian CMBS transaction which was part of the acquisition financing for Starwood Capital Group’s purchase of five Westin hotels in Canada

Developed financial models and drafted term sheets for structured credit transactions including:- A US$200 million private student loan securitization facility- An injection of mezzanine capital into a US$500 million oil and gas project
