CurrentAs the Director of Innovation, I am committed to enhancing customer satisfaction, optimising the way we run our business and building effective product strategies. My role involves overseeing products and services within the Microsoft portfolio and identifying opportunities to improve collaboration with our customers. Whether it’s handling enterprise agreements for organisations looking for outsourcing partners like Applicable or identifying new opportunities for operational efficiency through business planning, I want to ensure we are always working towards the best outcome, for us and our customers. A big proportion of my current role is about getting the basics right when it comes to how we go about the presales process. Great presales hygiene helps win more deals and so it’s a vital part of the role. Getting the basics right like building trust with our customers, thinking about the whole problem and building a full picture through stakeholder management all add incredible value when it comes to establishing the right partnerships between Applicable and our customers.With over 20 years under my belt at Applicable, with the majority of my time spent in presales, I am increasingly focused on how we can better support our sales and consulting teams. Ultimately, my aim is to enable their success through the right training, increasing knowledge sharing, and overall empowering them to do what they do best, support our customers.
