Having spent the last 20+ years being part of the growth of Applicable, I have a deep understanding of the IT world. My experience in technology, market changes and hurdles organisations face has shaped the way we at Applicable, support our customers, improve their workflows and drive efficiencies to save them money along the way.As the Director of Innovation, my focus is on boosting customer satisfaction, optimising business operations, and developing effective product strategies within the Microsoft portfolio. Drawing on my years of presales experience I am committed to enhancing customer collaboration and improving how we work to drive better outcomes and success. Alongside my core role, I am incredibly passionate about empowering teams and helping individuals grow, guiding them from where they are to where they need to be. As a result, I dedicate a lot of my time to mentoring and support the product and presales teams to develop soft skills and understand the impact of how effective communication can drive better business outcomes and foster stronger customer relationships.Outside of work, I like to think of myself as an expert herder! Whether that’s sheep (which I look after as a bit of a side hobby) or the young children who are part of my scout group. Being a Scout Leader has possibly been one of the most rewarding roles I’ve had, helping young people build skills and watch their self-confidence grow.
