This involved owning the development database and meeting demand by designing, developing and deploying the Induction programme into XHRS and the professional development of staff. I operated as an internal consultant, involved in designing training interventions, developing tools and techniques and delivering training interventions or facilitating events in order to deliver a coherent portfolio of development training. The role involves interfacing at all levels within the organisation and externally, including undertaking training needs analysis, managing the skills database, developing and/or delivering appropriate training suite to suit individual requirements.I have developed the internal Induction programme and was responsible for the accreditation of an in-house Certificate in Personnel Practice course by the CIPD (the only non academic company to be certified to run an internal CPP course). I also managed the day to day running, and was the main deliverer on the Certificate in Personnel Practice course.I have also been an invited speaker at various universities on the XHRS outsourcing experience (e.g. Luton business school DBA programme and Sheffield Hallam).
