With over 25 years experience as a mechanical Designer/Drafter, it is a career that to this day, I still find it fun and challenging. I have met some great, and very knowledgeable people doing this. I wouldn't trade it for the world.I use the principles of GD&T daily, and pride myself on a quality job done in the quickest time possible. I am a self starter and I work well on my own. I am also very loyal to the company that I work for. You will find that I fit well into any Design/Drafting team or Engineering Team. I am looking to expand my knowledge and expertise. I have been working on advancing toward design/drafting management.Although I am not a degreed engineer, I have worked closely with engineers throughout my career and have become very knowledgeable in the Mechanical Engineering field. I have a strong connection to all the engineers that have mentored me and established what I hope are life long friendships with them.Drafting/Design= Pro-E/Creo (used daily), AutoCAD 11, 13 & 14, 2010 (used in the past), SolidWorks used for 3 months.Project Management= Have trained others, have assigned work to others, have met with customers and vendors and have been responsible for keeping projects on schedule and budget. Power Point presentations used in meetings to convey clear intent of design.Specialties: Pro-Engineer Wildfire 3 & 4, Creo, WindChill, IntraLink, Enovia, PowerPoint, Excel, GD&T, Mechanical design, Sheetmetal, and conceptual design. Recently self taught in SolidWorks.
