- Controlling production processes according to quality Yamaha’s worldwide standards, this sheltered under the specified regulations for each case. (Assembly, painting, welding).- Develop action plans to market problems, with the sole aim to fully satisfy the need of customers in Colombia Yamaha.- Review and manage action plans to problems identified in the final inspection of the different production processes.- Make strict tracking to the elaborated activities for the development of new models, to ensure an excellent execution from beginning to end.- Monitoring and control of the inspection of gases emitted by mobile sources according to NTC 5365.- Establish solution relationships with Yamaha’s plants worldwide that are CKD providers of Incolmotos Yamaha. (Increasing the level of quality).- Socialize and make aware the operating personnel in order for them to develop their activities in an increasingly better way and in a suitable work environment, taking into account the rules of the integrated management system of quality (SGI).- According to the IDEAM’s process and protocol manual, on October 20 2011 we obtained the authorization to make mobile measurements following the established parameters in the NTC5365. Making us the first motorcycle assembler in Colombia in getting authorization for indefinite term measurements and where auditors found no non-conformance or observations.- I assisted to the 7th Global Quality Meeting in Yamaha Motor Co, Iwata Japan. Developed from November 6 2011 to November 8 2011, where continuous improvement topics applied in the different Yamaha Plants worldwide where discussed.- With the national learning service (SENA) we obtained skills evaluation of 11 quality inspectors, getting positive results. For this we had to prepare them with training, and workshops during two months in order to obtain the achieved results.
