•Interacting with the Company’s representatives such as Promoter, CFO and Other officials etc. •Analysis of Balance Sheet, Other Monthly / Quarterly financials, Cash Flows & Other Financial Statements with respect to the requirements of Banking Guideline. •Preparation of financial models towards syndication of working Capital, Term Loan and Other Facilities.•Determination of required type & quantum of bank finance. •Preparation of detailed appraisal / business proposal in respect of the proposed credit facilities to be extended to a Company. •Presenting the loan proposals to the Bank’s authorities. •Inspection and follow ups pre & post sanction of credit facilities.•Generate new business leads by building relationship with existing clients.•Provide assistant to the clients on maintaining financial discipline with respect to the requirements of financial institutions and Banks Guideline. •Maintain and develop effective customer relationship.
