-Having more than 6 year experience Indirect Taxes and more specifically, Goods and Services Tax has been my area of practice. I have been working in the area of GST since its implementation. I have advised various multinational companies, groups based in Gurgaon, exporters, traders and manufacturers on GST.I have represented before Authorities and Departmental Officers in the area of GST and represented clients on various matters in Excise and Service Tax before anti evasion, investigation and audit teams.-Providing support on Indirect tax advisory/ vetting of contract documents for tax efficient structuring of transaction-Managing GST audit/assessment notices on a routine basic and drafting the responses to the SCN and other notices-Preparation of Annual return GSTR 9 and Reconciliation statement GSTR 9C on annual basic-Reviewing of GST returns GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 6, approval of GST returns fillings and payment and timely ensure all GST compliance for 22 registrations -Reviewing of ITC reconciliation, ITC distribution through ISD, GSTR 2A and GSTR 2B-Working on submission of replies to notices from the GST Department and coordination with various assessments, inspections and verifications-Interacting with external auditors and internal auditor from GST prospectives-Updating team about judicial judgements and changing in GST Law Day by day on regular basis
