Finance & Accounts • In charge for Accounts Receivable, Receivable Management & Collection. • Responsible for Vendor Management, AP processing and smooth cycle payment. • Handling banking relationship and finding improvement opportunity. • Working on new projects and ensuring timely accounting & payment processes. • Handling team of 12 members for AP, AR, Tax compliance, MIS and audit closure. • Active member of Purchase committee, responsible for finalizing CST, and negotiation. • Understanding the operational process of the Organization, identify areas of cost reductions and revenue leakage. • Oversee the continuous improvement of Accounting & Financial processed on new updates, determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems and framing policies & procedures to facilitate process control.Auditing & Taxation • Handhold experience of preparing Financial Statement and getting Audit (Statutory, Tax, Internal, TP & GST) done with BIG 4’s Audit firms in timely manner. Responsible for the Annual Audit & Statutory Audit, coordinate with the auditors for timely completion of the audit, preparation of financials and issuance of audit report. Assists auditors in the audit process by giving required data, resolving queries, preparing documents, etc.• Income tax assessment, ST assessment, GST audit. • Ensuring adherence of all compliance on corporate taxation, Income Tax, GST, ROC, RBI, labour laws and local laws.Budgeting / Costing• Assisting Associate Director in preparing and finalizing annual Budget exercise of India Consol. • Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions; formulating budgets for the organization as per overall business objectivesMIS Reporting: • Responsible for Monthly Management report (MIS) including Cashflow, analysis of financial performance Balance sheet reconciliations. • Formulating MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz. analysis of profit, cost, fund management & overheads.• Delivering presentation before senior management on budgeting & financial aspect of the division; checking accounts payable to ensure completeness of recording liability in time and handling reconciliation of accounts receivable trial balances with the general ledger control accounts.
