A Chartered Accountant having over fourteen years of professional experience spreading across the areas of internal audit, controls and risk advisory. He has worked extensively on process improvements, enterprise risk management, internal audit, quality assurance of internal audit, internal audit transformation, internal control, SOX compliance assistance, preparation of standard operating procedures, across a wide range of industries and clients. He has audit experience of several industry verticals like Cement, Engineering, Power, Metal & Mining, Infrastructure, Real estate, Healthcare, Hospitality, Media, Financial Services, Non-profit organization in diverse geographies covering India, France , USA, UAE, Bhutan and Bangladesh.Prior to joining Ocwen, Ayon had worked Deloitte, and Star Cement.He served the Committee for Members in Industry and the Committee for Management Accounting of Eastern India Regional Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 2010 and 2013 respectively.
