One of the Branch is in Pune City, India which take care operation of two state Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh having total sale of approx. 21 million usd in these two state)Areas Covered in Dhanuka Agritech limited• Handling team of 12 people and supervise all Accounts and material dispatch related work in Pune branch.• Prepare budget sheets after discussion with Zonal incharge for allot budget to DGM Sales.• Analysis and audit actual expense incurred and send reports on timely basis to Zonal incharge.• Supervise checking of monthly expenses of sales staff and ensure all claims is as per policy.• Analyse and prepare reports as per Zonal incharge requirements.• Co-ordinate with head-office and ensuring all applicable changes at branch level also as per direction of head-office like price list every month.• Prepare quarterly and annually provision of expenses and send to head-office for Balance Sheet purpose.• Analyse various scheme received from sales head and check feasibility of that scheme as per perspective of accounting and give recommendation if any change needed.• Inventory management and supply chain management in branch.• Prepare credit note details after completing various scheme periods and arrange to post credit note from head office in respective customer ledgers.

• Take care all the statutory compliances like Service Tax, TDS• To ensure revenue is booked correctly• Helped in automization of expense booking in Tally software.• Assist in preparing MIS on monthly basis for sending to head office in Germany
