Have exposure to the Oil & Gas , Refining sector for over 14+ years with extensive experience across Corporate finance areas such as Treasury, Banking, working capital, Trade Finance, Buyers credit/suppliers credit, fund raising, Import-Export payment , International banking, Fema/Trade compliance , MIS, Internal/Statutory/IFC Audit, Manage working relations with banks as well as internal stake holders including 5 + years in middle management roles. Strong Academics and rank holder since beginning, First Attempt Chartered Accountant and Rich hands-on experience, Punctual , Hardworking and commitments. Moved from Refinery expansion project to corporate finance function since 2012 after successfully completing mega capacity expansion project from 12 MMTPA to 20 MMTPA. I have immense understanding and experience of handling high value Import –Export, Trade finance transactions, UCP rules, Fema compliance etc.  I have deep experience in working capital management, operation of Bank lines, Liquidity management and closely worked with senior finance team for specific assignments.   In my current role as DGM- working capital with team of 3-4, I am handling entire operation of 12 + working capital banks with lines of Rs 16,000 Cr . It includes issuance of high value LCs for crude/Coal/Gas procurements, availment of Buyers credit/suppliers credit/other structural funding, Handling High value Import payment and compliance from end to end, various MIS and report preparations, IDPMS/EDPMS matters, Managing working capital relations with various Indian and International banks in all locations, Detailed discussions and Negotiation with banks , Fema & Trade compliance , Automation,  etc.
