As Client Engagement Director assigned on the Internal Corpo account, my team and I are accountable for the delivery of all IT Infrastructures and Solutions provided by our Business Unit, to our members across the world. Along with another Director on the account; we are accountable for the client relationship, service delivery and business development for the assigned account. Serves as the escalation path within CGI and with the client for any major contract issues. Responsible to measure and manage client satisfaction.
