Hi, I am Harshit Gupta, Chartered Accountant by profession and an entrepreneur by choice.Since childhood, I was always keen on how pricing is derived, how revenues are generated even while purchasing good for daily needs. This was my entry point in Chartered Accountancy.While undergoing the CA course and understanding business practicalities of various clients, I had make up my mind to do something on own. Soon after becoming a CA, I joined International Tax practice with KPMG. These 3+ years strengthen the value of brands in me. I left KPMG to build own healthy food brand for corporates - Yours Healthy. The business was doing good and with early clients like Airtel, Nagarro, Accenture, KPMG (yes, my own ex-employer), RBS, American Express, many more - I was much excited to where we were headed. But destiny had other plans - Covid hit us and all workplaces shifted to WFH model. Revenues nose-dived and losses accumulated. With all the savings exhausted, we had to shut down!I was still certain. Learned that brand is everything - even beyond organisation itselfBrands always excite me and this is when trademark and entire IPR Law is where i found solace.Come to 2022, we now run India's first and only IPR dedicated portal with services including trademark registration, brand protection, IPR consultancy and brand monitoring services.It feels proud to be a trademark consultant and IPR specialist providing brand registration and monitoring services to popular brands including the likes of Wakefit, Haldiram's, Growth School, etc. It is immensely satisfyingly to be associated with new budding brands and being part of their growth.
