Recently handle two Internal Audit projects of Airtel Payments Bank Limited as sole owner(from audit field work, Audit Checklist & RCM preparation, raising Audit query etc. till Drafting & Finalisation of Audit report). Overview of two reports are mentioned below:-1. Customer Onboarding & Life cycle management review : We reviewed whether RBI guidelines w.r.t to customer on-boarded by bank is complied with or not, whether risk categorisation of customer are done in compliance with RBI requirements or not and reporting to RBI is done or not.2. HR Review : We reviewed the proper delegation of function between Board, commitee, and senior management as per RBI guidelines on same. Further we focused upon on statutory compliances are made or not w.r.t to various statutory laws such as Maternity Benefit Act, EPF/ESI Act, LWF etc.
