About my role: I am operation head at Madeline Advisory OPC Private Limited, Mumbai. we are providing auditing, assurance, consultancy, taxation, BPO services to #Bakertilly Hem LLP, Uganda. I am managing a team of 15-20 members. My major role is to set a process of planning, risk assessment, mitigation of risk, lead sheets and working papers, completion documents etc. while preparation of audit working papers in caseware as well as in excel. I am also providing review services of audit working paper files prepared at on site i.e. head office. It is providing services in all the relevant sectors like Audit, Assurance, Legal, Finance, Consultancy etc. and have more than 20+ years of experience.
