Auditing• Leading teams on statutory audit including listed and unlisted clients.• Represent as Partner of the firm before the audit committees and board meetings.• Ensuring completion of audit documentation in compliance with SAs and firm audit methodology.• Understanding client industry and markets to analyses the risks which the client is exposed to.• Comparing the industry benchmarks with key performance indicators of the client.• Testing the control procedures as required under the risk-based audit approach.• Testing the compliance with regulatory requirement including compliances with RBI, NBFC, IRDA and Other Directives issued by the relevant regulator.• Finalizing Audit Reports as per the reporting requirements of IFC, CARO and KAM.• Review of Internal Audit Report and other Secretarial records.• Ensuring compliance with the applicable tax laws, corporate laws and accounting framework.• Checking the effectiveness of internal control system.• Finalizing Limited Review Reports as per the reporting requirements of SEBI & ICAI.• Finalizing the Corporate Governance Report as per the SEBI Listing Regulations.• Finalizing and Filing the Tax Audit Report as per the Income Tax, 1961.• Finalizing the GST Audits (GSTR-9C)Taxations• Providing GST consultancy and conducting compliance checks of various corporate & non corporate clients, including return filing and GSTR-9 (Annual Return).• UAE Taxation• GST Reconciliation- Tally with GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A, GSTR-2B and GSTR-1.• Providing Income Tax consultancy in respect of TDS, tax planning and ITRs.• Working on Demand notices and Filing Appeal.• Filing of Income Tax Forms such as 10B, 15CA, 15CB, 35, VVS-2020.
