• Providing financial support and liaising with the multi location engagement managers and POCs as per work process.• Setup the whole engagement financial base in the financial model, which contains budget, total productive days, revenue and cost. Align the budget data in the finance model as per the type of engagement.• Maintain banking relationships and negotiating loans and merchant services for business units.• Fund management between bank accounts as required. • Sending MIS reports to the engagement managers (Includes Cost Variance Analysis, Revenue Variance Analysis, Budget vs Actual + Forecast Analysis report, Summary of month-wise contribution margin since the beginning of the project).• Participate with the management and financial controllers in confirming the revenue and expense figures & process it during month end stated deadlines.• Preparation of presentations for Board of Directors and Senior Management.• Responsible for maintaining and reviewing monthly financial information. Identifying exceptions/inconsistencies and report to the engagement managers. Suggest corrective actions to the engagement manager/POC if deemed necessary and follow up for logical closure during the crucial month-end period.• Maintain banking relationships and negotiating loans and merchant services for business units.• Import compliance and foreign currency payments.• Perform quality checks and controls throughout the finance model and reports. Ensure the deliverables are sent across to the business heads as per stated SLA.• Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities.• Arranging financial audits and reviews as required.• Supervision of finance team in regards to workflow allocation, training & development.
