• Financial due diligence of Large Corporates across Power Sector for financial instruments worth INR 90,000 crore.• Developing financial models of large corporate, credit assessment and evaluation of transaction structures basis analysis of financial statements in terms of EBITDA, GCA and DSCR primarily, fund flow statement and performing sensitivities.• Operation and business risk assessment including the research of the overall renewable industry.• Interacting with various stakeholders including company’s top management, lender, auditor, debenture trustee, investors.• Presentation of cases to GHs and rating committee.• Detailed analysis of client’s submitted information including financing agreements, LIE reports, TEV reports, PPAs, O&M contracts etc. • Review of material event and quarterly results impacting credit profile of the listed clients and taking prompt action.• Preparation of public documents such as rating rationale and press release for all rated clients.

Handling Rating assignments for Large Corporate Sector including financial assesment, financial modeling, risk analysis, project risk assessment, technical analysis, market analysis, risk and research and credit ratings etc. of large corporates in Infrastructure Sector-Power. The role involves deep dive into the credit profile and business models of the sector and preparing presentations and publishing PR and Rationales in public domain.
