CA Nilay Mehta is the founder of Nilaya Group of Institutes. A CA, DISA, and M.COM, Mr. Mehta was a practicing Chartered Accountant before taking up his entrepreneurial career. He believes that “Along with creating highly skilled & successful youth, education should create good human beings with a strength of mind, purity of character & vision to spread good culture. Currently, there is a big chasm between the education that a student receives in the universities and the skills required in the professional world. This creates frustration for the professional and leads to ineffectiveness in his career. He, therefore, took up the responsibility to restructure education framework in line with the practical requirements in the professional world and train the students on professional as well as life skills.” It was with this ideology that Mr. Mehta started the Nilaya Group of Institutes, with its first institute Nilaya’s ICATS Institute of Commerce in 2008 which has built fulfilling careers and enriching lives of thousands of students in the field of commerce. Today, ICATS has gained solid credibility and is considered one of the top institutes in Commerce. Mr. Mehta has more than 19 years of experience in Education, Accounts, Finance, Tax, and Corporate Training.
