- Preparation of reports as per the requirement of management in relation with finance And accountancy.- Handling Statutory and other related audits, resolving queries emerging during theCourse of Audit by the auditors.- Assisting management for costing & budgetary control related tasks..- Assisting Management in preparation of documents as required for the purpose of project financing, to be submitted to bank.- Guiding Team members in areas of Taxation, Accounting standards and other suchMatters.- Analysis of Revenue Booking System.- Collateral Inspection & Foreign Remittance Verification.- Verification of TDS , Advance TAX, Service Tax, VAT & CST computations and working on Cenvat Credit and Excise.

- Compliance with requirement of revised schedule VI of the Companies Act, 1956.- Compliance with Accounting Standards as well as AAS by ICAI.- Drafting Audit Reports as per the new reporting requirements of Companies Audit Report Order, 2003 (CARO).- Drafting of 3CD Reports.- Drafting of Internal Audit Reports.- Preparation of Audit Plan and ensure completion of the same with in the time.- Analysis of Debtors and Creditors-Aging, Recovery Period, Balance Confirmation Procedures.- Analysis of Stock and Stores – Identification procedures for Slow Moving, Non Moving and Obsolete items, analysis of Purchase Procedure.- Preparation and review of various reconciliation statement e.g. BRS, Stock.- Sales-Tax & Service-Tax department & ROC work
