Also assisting in smooth completion of statutory and RBI audits.Bridging process gaps automation.Also responsible for BMW Leasing and BMW trust financials finalisation and audit.Ensuring all other related miscellaneous activities are conducted without lag to ensuring seamless operations.

Solely responsible for preparation of financial statements as per IND AS and ensuring continuous changes thereto.Reviewing foreign subsidiary financials and consolidation of the same.Acting as an audit coordinator for smooth conduct of quarterly and yearly audits ensuring all amendments requisite.Assisting legal team to ensure all stat requirements related to finance are completed within suitable time frame such as Foreign assets and liability return, DPT 3 return, annual report reviewing and finalising, due diligence report, directors report, etc.Assisting tax team for advance tax and deferred tax.Reviewing PF and SAF trust activities which includes daily settlements, finalisation of trust balance sheet, etc.Reviewing treasury areas such as unhedged foreign currency exposure (UFCE), LC BG working, Interest accrued, etc.Responsible for corporate budget reviewing and finalising.
