• Finalization of Financial Statements on monthly basis as per IND-AS (IFRSEquivalent in India) and Monthly MIS for the Management.• Prepare and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, andoperating forecast.• Overseeing the functionality of accounts team.• Ensure compliance with all statutory related to Income Tax and GST.• Co-ordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors etc.• Anticipating the need for streamlining the accounting treatments fornewer transactions, products, tax treatments, or additional regulatoryrequirements, understanding and preparing the team for such change,and consulting external agents for specific requirements• Initiating and transforming processes to establish internal controls andsystems in the organization..
