Finalization & Review of Financials statements (P&L, B/S, C/F) Accounting – Compliance with the relevant statutory requirements & standards, ensuring smooth closure of accounting books, fixed assets, project accounting, reviewing the accruals & provisions, prepayments, journals, reconciliations etc. Preparation and analysis of various reports (Management, Client, etc.), Variance analysis, Optimization of Opex & Capex, Dashboards, Financial analysis etc Review & approval of Petty cash claims, employee claims, payroll, payment certificates, invoices and sub-contractor payment, etc Working capital management – Cash, Receivable, Payable, etc Banking – Managing the day-to-day transactions, FDs, reconciliations, etc Audit – Statutory and Internal audit Tax compliance – Annual Tax returns, Withholding Tax, VAT Return, etc Managing the Intercompany transactions, resolving the issues, reconciliations & collection from clients Guide & Support the Finance team of Parent & its subsidiary companies.
