Part of Business Intelligence team. Directly reporting to President Director and Finance Director and Shareholders.

Defining the Controls as per the organization set up based in lines with the SOX guideline provided by the Global office at Germany. Training and educating the implication of controls to the owner of the process. Testing the design and implementation of controls and reporting the results in the reporting tool provided by Global Office and uploading relevant documents. Handling audits and queries relating to the SOX control implementation. Overall end to end solution of the implementation of the SOX guideline at the country office level.

Various job assignment during 3 years of service includes:As an enterprise risk consultant, I was a part of team for SOX attestation in India 2nd largest private sector bank. The assignment involved adaptation of PCAOB guidelines in identification of internal controls in Trade finance, Deposits and Payroll processes, benchmarking of client’s internal controls against best practices, drawing up risk control matrix, conducting walkthroughs of the various sub processes, identifying key controls, testing design and implementation of control activities, and testing effectiveness of operation of controls. Based on the conclusions derived from independent evaluation of the effectiveness of controls, management self-assessment was evaluated, deficiencies identified and reported. Audit teaming assignment for IT Controls: Participated in SAS assessment involving assessment of IT Controls of IT institutions. This involved testing the general computer controls existing in the company – IS Operations, Network Support, System software maintenance, Information Security, Application system Maintenance, Database Implementation and Support.Also a key team member for SOX compliance readiness conducting business process review of a multinational trading company.

My responsibility include Internal Audits of Banks and financial institutions, tax audit of testing organization and other small financial audits
