A self-driven and a qualified ACCA - Member with over 5 years of experience in the Chartered Accounting environment. During this period, I have gained valuable insights and honed my skills. I served 3.6 years in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services (ABAS) Group of A.F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants - a member firm of the PricewaterhouseCoopers network (PwC Pakistan). My responsibilities within ABAS included overseeing audits and providing business advisory services. In addition to my time at PwC Pakistan, I have accumulated diverse experience ranging from Public Listed Entities to SMEs across non-Financial Services (Non-FS) industries, such as Energy, Utilities & Resources (Oil and gas & Power Generation), Services Organizations, Telecom, Retail, Trading & Distributions and Not-for-Profit Organizations.I also served as an Assistant Manager - Audit & Assurance at Allinial Global, Bahrain. Where I was managing audits and assurance services, and I bring extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), Listing Regulations, International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), Internal Controls, Taxation, and Corporate Law to the team.Currently, I’m working as an Audit Senior Executive at BDO Bahrain.Apart from the audit and advisory experience, I also worked for a Startup Company i.e., Farm to Home as Finance Lead, while working there, I gained a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, including key trends and challenges. This knowledge helped me to better analyze data and provide valuable insights to the team. My experience of data analytics and financial reporting in Farm to home has equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.I am open to and always looking for potential opportunities.
