ABG-FLP (Finance Leadership Program) is a Flagship Leadership Development Program for the Aditya Birla Group. The Program seeks to groom the Group's future financial leaders through challenging financial decision-making assignments across the various sectors the Group operates in.Stint 1 - Corporate Economics Cell- Represented to Ministry of Finance and FICCI for supporting businesses to analytically rationalize and champion the Policy Advocacy needs by drawing up the Pre-Budget Memorandum of Aditya Birla Group - Updating businesses on markets development by conducting monthly meetings and knowledge sessions for the Group - Made a report on rising freight prices for dry bulk & containers; involved in direct interactions with the President at Chairman’s Office - Writing articles with the Joint President of CEC on current affairs to be circulated to all employees of the Group Stint 2 - Ultratech Knowledge Service Center- Creating a reporting dashboard in UKSC and enabling automated reports for different stakeholders with help of Tableau - Increasing the UKSC’s portfolio of services by creating a workflow tool to transition accounting & finance work of a group business to UKSC Shared Service Center - Considering the Earned Wage Access payroll mechanism for Ultratech as a whole, which would enable employees of the organization to withdraw their accrued earnings before the actual pay-day; involved in direct interactions with the Vice President at UKSCStint 3 - Aditya Birla Health Insurance- Defining Persistency in line with IRDAI’s circular; Designing & Developing ABHI’s Framework for measurement & reporting of data on Tableau- Identifying Key Performance Indicators for the company’s sales & operational initiatives

Taxation - Scrutiny assessment of individuals and corporate including representation before tax authorities & assisted in several cases before CIT (Appeals). - Income Tax Audit & Return Filing of Individuals, Co-operative Societies, Corporates, and Partnership Firms.Statutory Audit - Led audit of PSUs - National Highway Authority of India – Project Implementation Unit & Ujjain Smart City- Utilization certificate audit at district level of various government schemes like Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) and Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) - Statutory Bank Branch Audit of Bank of India, Punjab National Bank and NJGB - Verifying the sanction of loan amount, Identifying NPAs and reporting the same, Preparation & finalization of monthly report and LFAR Other Areas - Conducted stock and receivables audit of various entities on behalf of Nationalized Banks - Preparation and review of financial statements, notes to accounts, audit reports and other deliverables
