Managing Risk, Underwriting & Policy for Merchant Lending 1. Ensure standardization and consistency in lending risk management policies and procedures 2. Monitor, implement, improve and control Risk rules for smooth functioning3. Drive adherence to all policies and processes related to Merchant loan4. Define improve SOP/Processes/SLA wherever required5. Identify and re-engineer processes on an ongoing basis and take corrective action in a timely manner without disrupting regular lending workflow6. Detailed portfolio monitoring on various demographic, bureau-based, industry and other parameters – driving meaningful analysis for credit underwriting7. To keep track of delinquency levels and ensuring that learnings from delinquencies are acted upon and leading to real time credit policy updates under the feedback loop8. Working closely with key stakeholders including Data Science, Product & Tech to ensure the above roles & responsibilities are met.
