Function Area : Financial Account• Make daily transaction and prepare report on daily basis.• Prepare Ledger Book and Trial Balance every month• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement on every month• Prepare Income & Expenditure Account every quarter & yearly.• Prepare Balance Sheet every quarter & yearly. Management• Prepare minute sheet for approval.• Implement of approval and new law.• To give guideline to account assistant & account clerk. School Budget• To prepare budget of school & review thereof.• To attend meeting of school management committee. Audit of Account • To appoint auditor for carried out audit of school account and solve queries of auditor.• To carry out surprise check of account & quarterly audit board by presiding officer detailed by HQ Delhi Area time to time.• Responsibility of account department for implementation of law & order.

Functional Areas: Finance & Accounts :-• Month end closing with provisions and ledger scrutiny , Profit & Loss analysis for all JV’s companies• Preparing MIS in Excel for monthly reporting. Statutory Compliance :- • Indirect Tax: (a) Handling Service Tax Matters for deposit and filing of returns.(b) Preparing necessary details and supporting documents for Service tax assessment for companies.(c) Preparing Service Tax Return.• Direct Tax: (a) Checking deduction of TDS as per provision of Income tax Act 1961 (specifically u/s 194C, 194H, 194I, 194J). Preparing e- TDS returns (24Q, 26Q) & TDS Certificate (16 & 16A). ERP Module (11i):Accounts Receivable : To Make Billing , Collection, Debtor Accounts Reconciliation, Debtor Aging,Accounts Payable : To Make Standard Invoice, Prepaid Invoice, Petty Cash Details, Payment , Creditor Accounts Reconciliation, Cash Management : To Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
