CurrentFinancial Strategy and Leadership- Member of the India Leadership team responsible for delivering the business results and framing the long-term and short-term strategic direction- Demonstrate enterprise thinking, help in shaping country policies- Lead the India finance function, responsible for business partnering and accountable for overall finance operations.- Accountable for delivering superior financial outcomes and driving sustainable long-term growth- Work on target evaluation (deal structuring) and develop partnerships to help enhance capabilities.Finance Business Partnership and Stakeholder Management- Partner with the Country MD and Commercial Leadership to deliver financial goals. - Lead revenue expansion measures and cost optimization initiatives and improve financial performance.- Put forward business cases and influence senior stakeholders on investments, resources, risks and opportunities in India.- Analyze studies of business and financial conditions and their impact on the organization's policies.- Develop key process indicators, track competition, perform market share analysis, and regularly report them.- Authorize pricing decisions to ensure profitable growth and ensure adherence to pricing policies.- Proven leadership skills and ability to encourage, motivate, and empower peopleBudgeting, Forecasting and Financial Analysis:- Development and execution of the Annual Business Plan/Annual Operating Plan and monthly/quarterly forecasts, including the reporting, analysis and delivery of actual results- Developing financial models to help fact-based decision-making- Present monthly performance (P&L) to the regional leadership, with commentary and detailed variance analysis- Review profitability analysis and report substantial deviations from the business plan along with an improvement plan
