- Working in a finance team of and acted as a catalyst in promoting inter and intra departmental team work. - Appraisal of large & mid corporate credit proposals [Fresh sanction as well as review/renewal/enhancement] and submitting the detailed office note to be placed before the respective Competent Authority. - Other various works pertains to credit proposals viz. issue of NOC, modification in the sanction terms, creation of charge etc. Post sanction monitoring of the loan accounts. - Submission of credit proposals through ‘NBG Automation Software’ for obtaining “In principle clearance” from Top Management of the Bank. - Preparation of monthly stock statement and DP Advise sheet. - Conducting Credit Audit as per allotment of the Bank. - Ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance, bank policies & procedures, compliance of audit remarks at branches, compliance of statutory & regulatory guidelines. - Conducting of consortium meeting as well as well as attending various consortium meeting. - Follow up with the customers for timely payment of their financial obligations. - Interaction with the external rating agencies for rating of the credit limits enjoyed by the borrower. - Supporting and completing the audit within the stipulated period and with quality. - Experienced in credit administration functions entailing credit appraisals, verification of documents, delinquency analysis and providing decision for sanction and disbursement in order that commitment to customer on turnaround time is met. - Maintained good relations with existing Credit Customers; developed and structured relations with new customers including assessing new credit requests and presenting them for approval

- Monthly preparation/consolidation of MIS depicting revenue and cost analysis and other statistical report of all divisions vis~a~vis budgets highlights areas and reasons for variations. - Monthly preparation/consolidation of financial statement. Finalization of audited annual financial statement of the company ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. - Preparation of monthly stock statement to be submitted to the banks. - Coordinating with banks for arrangement of Fund based and Non-fund based limit required by the company to meet the working capital requirement of the company and regular focus on reduction in cost of debt to the company. - Preparation of quarterly presentation to promoters of company analyzing quarterly performance vis-à-vis budgeted figures and against peer industry.
