Supervises the fixed assets registers. Reviews of general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting. Banking & Finance FunctionsLiasioning with Bankers for Raise Working Capital & Fund based & Non-Fund based limits.Discussion and providing Justifications and coordination with Banks for Various Loan Proposals.Term loan with Project Finance Loans Negotiation for Restructuring Refinance.Daily liasioning with Funding with various bank accountsBudgeting & Fund Planning/MIS: Preparation & Checking of Operational & Capex Budgets.Monthly follow up for Sales Budget.Variances Analysis between Budget & Actual figures.Preparation of Other MIS Reports as per required by Management.Opening of LC- Foreign & Inland. Opening of Bank Guarantee- Foreign & Inland Handling of foreign remittances. Filling of ODI, Foreign Remittance. notices & other matters.Involved & Preparation of cases and representation before Sales Tax & Income Tax and other Tax Authorities for tax Assessment.
