CurrentPricing & Contract Management• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop customer-specific, cost-effective, and margin-driven commercial proposals for new opportunities.• Assessing various risk factors in proposals and devise plans to mitigate them.• Conduct reviews with CxOs to present key business case highlights, pricing recommendations, and value propositions. • Reviewing various deal variables like back to back vendor agreement, working of efforts estimation, legal and contracting framework to optimise tax burden.• Participating in customer meetings to provide negotiation support as needed.• Drafting/updating customer documents such as master service agreements, scope of work etc. Negotiating terms and conditions with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Performance Monitoring • Analysing actual P&L results vis-à-vis forecasted business case numbers and identifying key variances. • Driving management reviews for actual vs business case results, flagging risks, highlighting deviations and recommending mitigation plans. Initiatives and achievements• Finance SPOC for automated approval workflow. Currently working on the standardization and automation of business case v/s actuals.• Completed automated obligation tracker and currently working on implementing an end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management Tool.
