Was involved in making working capital and term loan proposals for Trade and Advances Group as well as Corporates.

My current profile (June 2007 onwards) includes analysis of working capital and term loan proposals for small and medium enterprises viz. financial analysis, business model analysis, industry vis a vis company analysis, promoters' background, transaction analysis, analysis of projects taken over, etc., doing unit inspections of various enterprises, getting the sanctions done on basis of various programs and internal guidelines, etc. Further, my role includes renewal, renewal cum enhancement, renewal cum reduction and post sanction issues for working capital facilities. I am also involved in asset quality review for existing term loan cases.

I was handling post sanction formalities for Small and Medium Enterprises Group, monitoring operations of accounts on day to day basis, maintaining customer relationship, liasioning with Direct Marketing Associates and empanelled lawyers & valuers. JOB DESCRIPTION Handling post sanction formalities like execution of documents for working capital and term loan facilities sanctioned to small and medium enterprises, creation of hypothecation and mortgage, setting up of limits.Maintaining customer relationship and co-ordinating with various internal departments like trade services, operations, credit mid office, corporate & institutional banking division, Regional Office as well as other related departments for service related issues.Monitoring existing portfolio to ensure optimum level of utilisation, adherence to all compliance requirements, detection of early warning signals to ensure nil deliquency Handling unit inspections, stock audits, surprise visit to units, attending consortium meetings and liasioning with member banks.Handling renewal (and enhancement, if required) of facilities which includes credit appraisal and preparation of proposal note for putting up before sanctioning authority.Appointment of Direct Marketing Associates, Lawyers and Valuers and liasioning with them for routine work.

I was handling operations of Non Performing Corporate Accounts, trade services of related operative NPA cases, Monthly submission of MIS reports, issuance of Demand Drafts and Pay Orders, Government Banking Module.JOB DESCRIPTION Handling operational activities related to trade services of the non performing operative corporate accounts.Submission of various MIS such as cash collection figures for every month, quarterly submission of NPA returns, US GAAP Returns, Long Form Audit Report annexures, maintenance of total database of non performing companies for Baroda branch.Co-ordinating between the customers and the global trade services unit for issuance of letters of credit [import and inland], bank guarantees, outward remittances, inward remittances, etc.Co-ordinating between the legal department and the Govt bodies for all the cases pending in various departments related to non performing accounts.Maintenance of documents executed and keeping a track of dates when such documents need to be revived.Have been involved in General Banking Operations like fund transfer, issuance of demand drafts, pay orders, Govt Business Module, etc.
