As part of my responsibilities, I look after the quarterly and annual preparation of financial statements as per IND -AS and IFRS ( Foreign subsidiaries), MIS reports, Variance analysis and budget preparation, financial modelling, Disclosure as per SEBI LODR for Quarterly results. Income tax and GST compliances. I also look after the income tax matters such as filing appeals to the department and visiting departments.Assisting internal audit team in Risk assessment and internal control such as P2P, MM, O2C.

As part of my responsibilities ..i am part of limited review audit of various listed companies, statutory audit of other private companies. Sectors of audit include manufacturing, FMCG, Cement.

As part of my responsibilities, I was accountable for filing GSTR-9 and 9C I.e. GST annual returns of various companies. Reconciliation of GSTR2A Vs books input. Handling GST litigation matters and visiting GST departments.

As part of my responsibilities, I was accountable for preparing books of accounts as per Accounting Standards. Day to day accounting entries of bank , and other operations such as purchase and sale. Income Tax and GST calculations and returns filing.
