Sr. Manager Accouts & Audit
1) Preparing financial statements and getting them audited from Statutory Auditors within timeline.2) Steering overall accounting operations and audit for the organization including collections, purchase,contract compliance, receivables, deposits, disbursements, payroll, fixed assets, and inventory3) Maintaining overall control on books of accounts including Accounts Receivable/Payable,Intercompany, Inventory, Revenue.4) Preparing Various MIS for the Managment like Sales, Stock, Retail Outlet wise Profitability.5) Undertaking financial statement variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast, period-over-period actuals);provided explanations / insights on the same.6) Assessing compliance with governmental and jurisdictional regulatory requirements, financialaccounting and auditing standards, and company policies.7) Preparing Budgeting & Cash Flow Statement on yearly, Quarterly & Monthly basis. Reviewing ofCash flow Budget on Daily basis.8) Reconciliation of Books with GSTR-2A for Reducing the loss due to non Filing of Return by thesupplier & informing them about the same & Retaing the same amount for non compliance.9) Arranging Funds for working Capital, Co-ordination With Bank for the terms Loans, ECGC etc
