Responsible for preparation and finalisation of financial statements including preparation of notes to accounts with proper disclosure regarding non-compliance of Accounting policies and accounting standards.Responsible for finalization of the tax audit as per section 44AB of Income Tax Act.Variance analysis of actual performance from budgets on quarterly basis and half yearly basis to address deviations, if any.Preparation of Asset Liability Management (ALM) on regular basis to avoid the case of default in lending and repayment to banks.Coordinating with the team for providing timely information to Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Regulatory requirements.Ensures proper working of Income tax matters pertaining to MAT calculation, Deferred tax working and Income tax depreciation working at the time of finalization of statutory audit.Managing the routing tax issues related to GST & TDS.To ensure timely filing of periodical returns with Regulatory authority i.e National Housing Bank (NHB).To review and file returns of Company with the concerned Tax authorities within the stipulated time frame.Responsible for preparation and finalization of replies against the notices received by the Company form the Regulatory or Statutory authorities.To resolve the taxation queries of various stake holders of the Company and ensure compliances thereof.Preparation of detailed monthly/Quarterly and Annual MIS for all finance related details for presentation to the company board and senior management.

1. Reviewed journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statements2. Preparation of the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports and analyzed reports to confirm compliance with IGAAP and Indas3. Ensure different compliance on timely and accurately recorded and reported4. Compliance related to GST, Service tax,TDS Etc. 5. Assist in preparing annual budgets6. Implement a new chart of accounts and an improved accounting software7. Assisting account manager with new and existing policies and processing renewals8. Enhanced the accuracy of the company's reported financial results and ensured that results comply with generally accepted accounting principles9. Coordinated the provision of information to external auditors at interim and annual audits10.Preparing and handling of loan documents required for loans from various banks11.Treasury Management12. Preparation of monthly Stock statements for banks13.Interest management and repayment of loans14.Inter-companies balance confirmation on monthly and quarterly basis15.Ensuring payment of TDS and Service tax & advance tax on time16. Maintaining all statutory Registers and Accounting Registers like FAR.17. GL reconciliation through control MIS required for disclosure, Notes to Account etc. with Ratio Analysis and KPIs to fix NPA and ALM Analysis18. Assist in Testing and building Technology platform to automate daily transactions19.Forecasting & budgeting the profitability statements on monthly basis.20.Borrowing and fund raising through short- and medium-term loans from Banks and Financial Institutions.21.Liasioning with Credit Rating Agencies like ICRA, CARE and Brickwork for rating of Bank Loans and Commercial Papers.22.Calculation of various ratios like borrowing cost, Yield, NIIM etc. which helps in taking various business decisions.23.Responsible for the setting up of the Internal Financial controls and SOP in the organisation.
