Regional finance head ( RFH )As a regional finance head leading Central region of AESL I was responsible for 50 Branches that spread over five state in India. Preparation & monitoring of Annual operating plan . Supervision of various operational parameter . Vendor onboarding, Booking of invoices , Vendor payment . Receivables management , Bank reconciliation . Ensure branch performance & Branch profitability

Finance Controller Preparation of the annual Budget , Monthly forecasting ( RFC), Rreporting , Variance analysis.  Manage & Control PAN India Branch & Corporate KPIs to ensure compliance of rules and regulations of Group as per the organization dashboard e.g. AR/Unbilled/Bottom line impact/Customer profitability. Internal Control Audit , Preparation of SOP’s , implementation & establishment of strong internal control. Other various reporting such as customer profitability, Segment reporting, trade lane profitability, Branch profitability and reasons for the swing.

Leading AP/AP & Working Capital Management. Preparation of monthly MIS such as customer profitability, cost analysis, DSO , Vendor & Customer ageing , Customer reconciliation . Working capital Management, Fund Planning , Liaising with banker for funding , vendor bill discounting . Preparation of Monthly financials & Monitoring day to day accounting transactions, processing vendor payment.

Preparation & Timely submission of various reports to management such as Business report, Collection report, Receivable report, Payable report, Sales Forecasting. Reconciliation of Financial data with MIS data.Preparation of monthly Customer wise / Product wise / Business Segment wise profitability for GATI Group Company for Pan India.Analysis: Analysis of Monthly Financial results and providing the reasons for the swing. Monitor Deviation between Budget Vs Actuals. Cost Variation Analysis, Trend analysis, Customer risk analysis.Preparation of annual budget for sales, service & Administrative department along with support department such as Finance & IT.Automation & Recommendation: Recommend to management on expenses control & operational efficiency. Developing various cost control & cost allocation mechanism. Formulation of spreadsheet and Automation in the system to create desired report.
