• Coordinating with Statutory Auditors for quarterly limited reviews and annual audits.• Providing FFC-related data to holding company during the quarterly and annual audits.• Preparation of Financials as per IND AS for MIS/Audit purposes. • Monthly review of accounting and documentation on capitalization of assets and capital work in progress.• Month-closing activities including GL review, Prepaid expenses, etc, and ensuring smooth closure activities from the cross-functional teams.• Carrying out inventory valuation at month end to ensure inventories are carried out at proper value and sharing DP inventory to Treasury team.• Quarterly review of Obsolete and non-moving Inventory and providing provision as per the policy.• Preparation of Investment (Bonds /Mutual fund) Schedules for MIS.• Preparation of State-wise Trading P&L for GST Annual Audit Purpose.• 26AS reconciliation with Books of accounts and addressing the recon items.• Coordinating with the external vendor during the physical verification of Coal, Inventory, and fixed assets as per the policy• Submission of quarterly statistical data to Govt.

• Head of Accounts Payable and Compliance – End to End• Monthly Books closure & MIS. • Major involvements in Stat Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit & other statutory compliances

• Head of Account Payables (AP) - Responsible for all the vendor payments including international payments.• Assisting in data preparation and closing of Statutory Audit, Tax Audits, GST Audits, and MIS. • Preparing Tax reports (both direct and indirect) and ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. eg-TDS returns, GST returns, etc• Lead and closed GST Audits of the Company• Month-end closing and year-end closing. Month-end activities for the smooth books closure (Like Preparation of Provision/Accrual, Provision/Accrual Vs Actuals analysis, Expenses variances month on month, etc.• Calculation of Quarterly Central Variable Incentives for various teams across the organization• Preparation of documents as per the regulatory requirements for making foreign payments to multiple overseas parties in different countries.• G/L account reconciliation and ledger scrutiny of accounts, Balance sheet, and P&L reconciliation• Leading a team of 3 to 4 persons in solving Finance related tickets• Invoicing and related activities for the Fastag revenue stream

* Filing of a wide variety of Income Tax returns including Salary, Capital Gains, Business/Profession, Presumptive Basis, DTAA and Foreign Income Cases* Preparing responses to Income Tax Notices under various sections and submitting them on behalf of clients electronically* Giving Seminars/Webinars for Tax Planning and filing of Income Tax Returns across various organisations* Provide expert advises on Specific cases such as Capital Gains, Foreign Tax Credits, DTAA etc* Providing inputs and strategies to clients for Tax Planning
