 Taking care of day to day accounting Monthly ECB Compliances. Keeping Minutes of Quarterly Meetings. Monthly GST return filings. Finalisation of Book of Accounts by coordinating with auditors. Calculating and Processing Monthly Payroll. Monthly and Quarterly TDS compliances. Submitting monthly reports to management including financials and cash flow analysis. Month end closing and accruals.

 Monthly reconciliation of General ledger with sub ledgers. Reconciling the intercompany suspense account on monthly basis. Preparing Bank reconciliations on weekly basis to have minimum reconciling items. Coordinating with Auditors at the time of audit. Preparing Audit file, answering audit queries, resolving the issues at the time of audit. Month close activities like doing Accruals.  Preparing monthly financial budgets and variance analysis at branch level. Handling intercompany transactions and preparing intercompany invoices. Processing monthly payroll . Gathering Data and preparing files for processing payroll at branch level. Involved in transition procedure from Dynamic Solomon (Accounting package) to Cost point (Another accounting package). Handling local checks and their proper booking.

 Involved in overall Accounts and finance related matters. Monitoring day to day activities relating to accounts including proper posting on timely basis. Ensure timely posting of transaction and proper month end closing. Ensure timely payments as per accounts payable. Coordinating with the auditors in all audit related matters. Coordinating with the auditors at the time of finalisation of accounts. Looking After All Tax related Matters.

 Working on ERP Oracle 12i with the core implementation team of Accounts Payable module at corporate level. Assisting in Accounts Receivable module at division level and gaining knowledge / training in other modules as well. Assisting in preparing MIS reports to provide feedback to the top management on financial performance. Coordinating with Auditors at the time of Audit.
