Responsible for the analysis of Mortgages, HL, Affordable, BL, PL etc. and handles team of credit verifiers /analysts who verify such credit proposals across PAN India. Responsible for Training, Grooming & Quality control of such analysts.Takes care of 14 branches across PAN India.

Responsible for 10 branches across PAN India involved in various credit assessments, analysis, special audits (Stock Audits, PSL Audits, Post Disbursement Audits, Process Audits). Also into business development with existing clients.

 Diverse post qualification experience in the areas of business strategy, risk analysis, regulatory frameworks, process engineering and implementation across the financial services space In-depth knowledge in Finance, Operations, Administration, Team Management and Target Orientation & Mitigation.  Responsible of various credit teams operations at PAN India level of over nine locations Good knowledge of Credit process in Mortgage Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Auto Loans, Gold Loans etc. Handling the team of around 30 peoples operational all across nine locations under Credit & Audit processes. Detailed knowledge & experience of Home Loan from log-in till disbursement & post disbursement and manages CPA team of 6 people operational at Federal Banks. Actively involved in Credit / Business Analysis of Home Loans, Mortgages / LAP & Business loans. Handling Gold Loan Process Audit of Capital First Ltd. (earlier Future Capital Holding Ltd.) & IIFL and Manages team of around 15 peoples at PAN India level. Handling Business Analysis & Site Visits for ICRA SME Rating at PAN India Level. Actively managing the special audit assignments like, Stock Audits, Post Disbursal Audits, PSL Categorization, Due Diligence etc. Managing following clients for different activities:o Credit Process Analysis – Citibank, Edelweiss Capital, Fullerton, Federal Banko Personal Discussions, Liquid Income Processing & Income Estimation Process (PD, LIP & IEP) - HDFC Bank, TATA Capital, Karvy Finance, IIFL, Religare Finvest, Indiabulls, Capital First Ltd., Fullerton India, DCB Ltd., PNB Housing Finance, Reliance Capital etc.o Special Audits & Assignments – Capital First Ltd., IIFL, DCB Ltd., Edelweiss, HDFC Bank, Citibank, ING Vysya Bank, ICRA etc.
