As the CFO of an NBFC in impact investment space, which provides non-dilutive capital to high impact creating social enterprises and financial institutions, I make sure continuous supply of liquidity for prompt deployment to these enterprises. I stand for the Board of Directors, keep communication with Regulators and make relevant submissions. Managed SEBI listing compliances for debt listings.I also oversee the secretarial function and keep close communication with Board of Directors and Committees of Board of Directors.In my earlier roles, as my association was with midsized companies, I got an opportunity to be in most of the processes end to end which helped me to gain practical knowledge of various ground level aspects thus contributed to my attention to details and troubleshooting capabilities.I am a Chartered Accountant with 14+ years of experience and gained command over corporate finance, treasury management, banking relations, budgets, multiyear business plans, financial statements closure, internal controls, process development, audits, taxation, team building and team management. Successfully spearheaded IndAS transition and accounting for demerger simultaneously. In my professional journey from team member to leadership, I have transformed myself into a seasoned professional.
