- Responsible for overall Finance and Accounting which also includes MIS, Taxation, Treasury and Store accounting.- Overseeing the ERP Implementation and other new initiatives in Finance as well as review and monitoring of internal process controls- Analysis of profitability on monthly basis and find out the factors that are mainly responsible for any adverse trend of profitability. - Working capital management and continuous analysis & implementation around process improvement.- Regular statutory compliances & coordination with statutory and internal auditor

Responsibility includes:1. Finalization of Corporate Accounts monthly as well as on quarterly basis and then consolidate it at the year end..2. Analysis of profitability on monthly basis and find out the factors that are mainly responsible for any adverse trend of profitability. 3. Analysis and management of Working Capital requirement of the Company.4. IPO related works i.e. Restatement of Financial Statment etc.5. Regular statutory compliances & coordination with external auditors i.e. Big 4.

Responsibility includes:a) Preparing Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss A/c of Company on monthly as well as on quarterly basis and then consolidate it at the year end.b) Analysis of Profit & Loss A/c of the company on monthly basis to examine the monthly trend of profit and loss position of the company and find out the factors that are mainly responsible for any adverse trend of profit & loss of the company. c) Prepare Fund flow Statement of the Company and analyze the projected fund requirement of the Company based on actual and projected revenue and capital outflow. d) Regular statutory compliances & coordination with external auditors.
