Job responsibilities include various manufacturing and sustaining process reviews & reporting of corresponding observations to Senior Vice President in timely manner. Responsible for providing objective assurance to the Board of Directors & Senior Management about effectiveness of control through structured & comprehensive audits. Responsible for facilitating development of robust process by identifying risk across enterprise & identification of possibilities to avoid occurrences of loss, if any and cost saving opportunities

Inventory Management:- Perpetual Inventory Verification process review to assure adequate coverage with respect to OE items classification, identification of material as slow moving or non-moving & their disposal actions along with accounting of results on the basis of physical verification. Material Management: - Material Rejection & Disposal for policy review to manage defective vendor parts. Identification & recording of rejection, disposal action & inventory update for disposal like scrap or return. Levy of penalty for responsible agency. Transport Arrangement:- Review of transport arrangement for inward material to assure SLA & optimum utilization of transport services involving study of turnaround time with respect to vendor routes, production co-relation with vehicle deployment. Scrap Generation:- Review of scrap generation during production process & their recording, storage & handling of such hazardous waste & their legal compliance with respect to pollution control board along with disposal of scrap at competitive rates. Legal Compliance:- Review of statutory compliances regarding Factories Act, Environment, Health & Safety issues. Verification of timely payment of taxes, filing applicable returns in various legislations to support management declaration for legal compliances.Costing & Pricing:- Review of cost of Spare part components & price revision with reference of management guidelines. This involved an identification of factors affecting price & veracity of expenses loaded in respect of identified factors

Spearheading efforts across managing overall accounting, financial and non financial matters, efficiently conceptualizing and implementing policies/ principles and tracking systems for various functional areas while ensuring compliance with policy & procedures.Looking after operational expenditure/control and help to reporting authority for strategically planning & implementing innovative business strategies to initiate finance control to maximize profitability.Proficient in handling entire spectrum of accounting functions pertaining to review of various reports and various accounts & statements including Trial Balance, P&L Accounts, Balance Sheet etc in conformity with accounting norms.
